Offer, acceptance

Our offers are made subject to prior sale and are not binding. If a product is not available within two weeks for unforeseeable occurrences, we reserve the right not to accept your order. You will then be notified by email.

Prices / Terms of payment / Delivery

The indicated prices are current prices. The selling price indicated at the date of placing the order shall be valid. The prices are quoted in EURO and Austrian Shilling and are understood including VAT.

After filling your shopping cart, please choose the desired method of dispatch and payment. The system will then indicate the arising shipping rates and adds them to the value of goods.

You can choose between the following methods of payment:

  1. Cash on delivery
     
  2. Cash in advance
    Please consider the following points:
    Send your money as well hidden cash. You send your money at your own risk.
     
  3. Wire transfer
    Please consider the following points
    a) no charges for remittances from a bank within Austria
    b) in case of remittances from outside Austria the remittance charges (approx. 10 Euro) will be at your expense. Please notify your bank accordingly.

    The delivery of your order will take place at the latest the day following the receipt of your remittance to the indicated address.
     

In the event of orders from countries outside the European Union we ask to consider and observe the applicable customs regulations and customs duties.

Territories of delivery / Delivery periods

At present we deliver all orders by normal post. If you have any special requests, we would ask you to notify us accordingly and, at the same time, to take into account that the modified shipping costs - according to your request - will be charged to you and have to be paid by you on delivery.

Retention of title

We retain legal title to the goods until such time as the customer shall have completely discharged all his financial obligations.

Rescission / Complaints

According to the Austrian Consumer Protection Act you have the right to rescind the contract / return the goods within seven business days of the date of receipt of delivery, Saturday does not count as a business day. Timely dispatch within the deadline is sufficient.

The goods have to be in unused and resalable condition, in default of which we have to charge the customer a fee for having used the goods. Furthermore, the customer is not entitled to rescind the contract, if the seal and the cellophane packing of CDs have been opened. The return of the goods shall take place in orderly and stable packing and at your expense. Goods which were returned postage unpaid cannot be accepted.

Payments which have already been made will be remitted to the account indicated by you immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.

Data Protection

The data given by you when placing the order will be processed and used by us for the purpose of counseling, advertising and offering a range of goods tailored to suit the needs of the market. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna and Austrian law shall govern. For consumers the relevant regulations of the Consumer Protection Act shall apply.

Severability

If individual terms of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective and/or void as a whole or in part, this fact shall have no effect on the validity of the remainder of the terms and the contracts signed. The parties to the contract agree to replace the ineffective/void term by one which serves the purpose of the contract as closely as possible.
